Have you measured to make sure the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3139 works with the hitch ball in your 2016 Nissan Titan XD? If not, what you need to do is line up your fifth wheel and Titan on level ground and measure from the bottom of the pin box to the top of the gooseneck ball. That measurement needs top be between 11-3/4" and 14-3/4" for the adapter to work with your truck.

There are a couple of options you can do to attempt to free up the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522.
What you can do is try and spray the arms with a degreaser, then move the arms in and out and rise with some water.
After rinsing the arms, you are going to need to dry them thoroughly and spray a dry silicone on the arms.
If that does not work, I recommend using the repair kit; the Roadmaster Repair Kit for Falcon Towbars # RM910003-52.

I see you listed the 2018 Nissan Titan XD as your vehicle. If you are using a Tekonsha Brake Controller # 90195 it would use a Wiring Adapter # 3050-P which has a red, white, black and blue wire. The red wire carries power from the vehicle brake switch when the brake pedal is pressed. The white wire is the ground wire. That is an interesting dilemma; for the Prodigy P2, the 0.9 error is one that will flash a few times a second or steadily display. When this occurs it is because the controller recognizes that the trailer is connected but the P2 loses connection to the battery ground.

The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Nissan Titan XD OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6200 have 4 wear pads that are 1/2 inch thick and 8 thinner shims that are 1/4 inch each. I reached out to my contact at Demco and he said you may need to add or remove shims to get a tighter fit. The number of shims does not need to be equal but you should have a snug fit to the bed of your truck.
